Is it possible to use a Catalyst 3750 switch as a VMPS server (don't want to use 802.1x)? If so, could you please provide some reference material in your response?

Thanks

Chris

AFAIK cisco 3750 switch can be a VMPS client; it cannot be a VMPS server.

no. as vmps server you need to use cat6500 with CatOS. Or alternative - OpenVMPS on any unix system.
