Prime Infrastructure Account settings Cisco.com

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to add my cisco account to PI. Firstly it gives me "Activation Code" and after that shows "Activating device". Should I input this code somewhere, or just wait?

i would suggest to wait until that finished, is this taking long ?

make sure you have reachability to cisco :
