Our PI 3.9 has been sending change audit reports for 6 months without issue, last night we did not receive the email report. I can see in the change audit logs it recorded the changes made yesterday but not sure why it didnt send the email. I tested it by running the report and the email was sent. Where can I look to find out what happened?

You should be able in Administration / Dashboards / Job Dashboard
But I not sure if the reason will be there. Probably only the failed attempt.

Check the Logs is the report generated, or check on the email server is the email sent to SPAM due to size of files (seen o365 before)
