Hello,
I have a customer that needs to upgrade about 200 ASR 920 routers and looking for a tool for automate this process.
The customer told me that they have used Cisco Software Manger before but that it didn't work with ASR 920.
It's very hard to find any information about CSM and I think this application no longer is supported by Cisco.
They also have Prime infrastructure, but we are unsure which kind and amount of licenses needed for image upgrades.
Anyone knows or have a suggestion of another tool that can be used for this?
