Prime SNMP Credential checking

Has anyone seen this error when adding a device;

Collection Status: SNMP Failure: Invalid security level.

Hi

 Which SNMP version are you using? 2 or 3 ?

If 3, Does the target device support it? If yes, does the device have the right credentials.

SNMPv3 - triple checked, Cisco 3850 like others that we have.

In my case is a 2960x. I have several, but just one subburnly gives this error.
