Problem to monitore E1 interface using OID

Hi Guys,

We have a Customer that try to monitore active call in E1 interface in voice gateways. Two months ago the Cisco inform to me that the OID below could be this activity.

1. cpmDS1ActiveDS0s (.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.1.1.9.1.3)
   
   The number of DS0s that are currently in use for a particular DS1

The Customer configured 20 E1´s interfaces, but, the monitore is showing only 4 E1´s 

Vendor Management: Cacti

Version: Version 0.8.7e

Are there limitation to monitore device by OID?

Any have idea about this?

Hi Wilson,

Could it be possible to have an output of a snmp walk using 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1?

It will display the current interfaces on such device via snmp.

I would like to verify if  what are the needed configurations in the voice gateway when we want to monitor the E1 by integrating it to Solarwinds? Do we need snmp configurations only, Right?

or we need to configure also IP SLA configurations?

I am not specialist in SNMP comunity, but, when my Customer did the configuration he used only snmp conifguration.

The Customer added only snmp <name> RO, only (Not was necessary used a specific SNMP)
