Hello,
I (my customer) have similar problem like described in this discussion:

EssentialsDM is stuck in "waiting to initalise" state. Problem started to occurring around a last thursday.
EssentialsDM.log, EssentialsDM_Server.log and pdshow attached.

It appears you have the Windows remote management service started which listens on tcp/47001. This port is required by EssentialsDM. Can you disable Windows RM, and see if that helps?

Shutdown Daemon Manager, then port the output of the command "netstat -a -n -o -b".
