problem with new package devices added

I added new package devices in my ciscoworks installation because it doesn't recognize some new switches that we have acquired recently.

After my update, I can see the switches with ciscoview but I can not see them in topology services. What can I do in order to see them correctly in the topology services.

Device packages only updates CiscoView, not Campus Manager. Install the latest IDU for your Campus Manager from CCO first to see if it helps. Other wise may need to upgrade the Campus Manager itself

thanks. Now I am in version 3.1 of campus manager.

How can I get the idu and what are the pre-requisites to install it.
