I have a config file (.txt file) from a cisco 800 router. I am trying to restore it to another cisco 800. When I connect to the new cisco 800 via serial and copy and paste the config I want to restor, it resotres some but not all. I have tried restoring via tfpt, but I keep gettin time out erros. Even though I have the tfpf server on my laptop (firewall and anti virus are turned off) and it is connected directly to the new Cisco 800. I have attached the backup config, as well as the config I get when I copy and paste the backup into the new Cisco 800.
How can I restore the backup config to the new 800 router?
Thanks.

They're running different versions of IOS (one shows 15.1 and the other 15.5) there may be command differences between your versions, you need to make sure the IOS versions are like for like or look up the new commands.

Do you have flash drive - copy your config over to that and then copy from the flash drive onto the flash on the router. Cisco 800 should support USB.
