Hi,
I am trying to extract EOS/EOL hardware/software reports but no data is populating in the report. I have configured cisco.com settings and my CiscoWorks server doesn't have any proxy to connect to the internet so I have not configured proxy section.
I tried to run PSIRT job from "Admin" and the job was successful but when I checked the log file it had some errors. I am attaching the log file.
Please help in resolving the issue.

What is the version of LMS you are running.

The version of CiscoWorks LMS is 4.0

There is a patch for bug ID CSCto46927 available on cisco.com to resolve the issues with changes made to cisco.com. See the readme for your lms version/os version for installation instructions.
