Hi
I would like to check if TX an RX did corresponde to the Traffic In and Traffic out of a Total Bandwitdh.
Example, I have a MPLS 50Mbps link, found out that the Traffic In is 28Mbps and Traffic out is 38Mpbs. Can I assume that these 2 traffic has overwhelm the 50Mbps link or they are FIFO, meaning Traffic In is independence to Traffic out?
Thanks.
Rgds,
ken

You need to ask your service provider this question.

Hi Philip
What about TX/RX of the routers?
Example TX 130/255 , RX 150/255.
Is that means thats it has over subscribe the BW or
it means that TX and RX has their own BW path for this?

It is a rough indication of load in each direction. It is not an indication of subscription or if the connection has independent or dependent receive and transmit paths.
The load metrics are almost of no value without a lot of context of the network.
In short you can't make any conclusions from those metrics.
