Running LMS 3.2 with updates on a Win 2k3 server.
When I go to CM>Home>Start Data Collection I get the "Please Wait.... ANI Server is still initializing" error.
So far, I've tried re-initializing the database and waiting 30 minutes.
I tried stop and restarting the ANIServer process.
Any help would be appreciated.

You're missing a ctm.jar file under the WEB-INF/lib directory. Your installation has somehow become corrupted. At least from this directory's perspective, that is the only file missing. You could restore it from a known good system backup (if you have one), or reinstall and re-patch Campus Manager.

Post the output of the pdshow command along with the ani.log and ANIServer.log.

Post the output of the command "pdreg -l ANIServer" as well as the list of contents under NMSROOT/MDC/tomcat/webapps/campus/WEB-INF/lib.

I used a ctm.jar file that I had received from TAC from a patch and it appears to be working.
