In ciscoworks 3.1.1 when I try to run a report from the Ciscoview application I get the message:
Report not available - No Switch Port Summary ports found.

On what type of device are you trying to run this report?

Exactly what are you doing in CiscoView to reproduce this error?

going to Device Center > enter name of device > then under functions available > selecting a report.

It appears to be an SQL problem. What version of Campus do you have?

There were no changes between 5.0.2 and 5.0.5 in the stored procedures that would account for this. You will need to open a TAC service request so database query analysis can be done.
