We are getting error message "HOME0002: Could not get database connection. Make sure that RME DB Server is running" I have checked the RMEHome.log, it also says the same message. I can see in CS->Admin->Processes that RME services are not running, but when I check them and click Start, then my page freeze.
I have restart the Windows Server itself and also restart the services by doing the :\net stop crmdmgtd many times but no luck.
Please help me that how I can start the RME services.
I am using LMS 3.2
RME 4.3.0
Thanks

Post the output of the pdshow command from the server.

Also in RME I am unable to see the devices in device selector. Although all devices are visible in CS & CM.
Thanks.

Looks like you might be running into CSCte49301. Post the output of "netstat -a -n -o -b" from this server. Also post the EssentialsDM.log and EssentialsDM_Server.log.

Thanks for reply,
I can not put output from "netstat -a -n -o -b" from this server, as it contains IP addresses.

See this document on LMS database troubleshooting. First try to recover the transaction log. If the problem does not go away after that, then you will either need to reinitialize your RME database or restore LMS from a known good backup.
