Where in RME is it that you can clean up things like previous Netconfig jobs?

It's not.

If I remeber correctly, I was in somewhere that allowed me to get rid of things like old archive files and it seems like I could get rid of stuff like Netconfig jobs.

I, for the life of me, can't remember where it was at.

RME -> Administration -> Configuration Management -> General Setup

That is where you set up the purging of old Configs.
