Hello Community,
Can someone please help me compile a script that will alert me when routes have vanished from the a routing table?

Hi Joseph,
Just thought I would let you know that 12.4(15)T14 does not support 2.3. It supports 2.2.

I know 12.4(15)T supports EEM 2.3. Why do you think it does not?

Arie,
If a EEM applet written in version which isn't available on the router to which its to be applied, if that EEM is then converted to a tcl script will that work on the router without the EEM version.
For example, the EEM you compiled was needs EEM 2.3, but the EEM I currently have is 2.1. If the EEM is converted to Tcl will it work on my router?

Arie/John,
I would ideally preferred a tcl script answer to this question.

Maybe. It depends on what the applet does. In this case, both proposed solutions require event detectors not in EEM 2.1. For the track example, you'll need EEM 2.2 and for the routing example, you'll need EEM 3.0. Neither will work in either applet or Tcl form on an EEM 2.1 device.
