Can any one please share the Tool from which i can monitor the WAN Link utilization by Per IP address basis or per host basis ..

Netflow (assuming you have a Cisco device at your network edge that can perform Netflow sampling - most do) can be used to gather the data and we then send it to an analyzer for storage and analysis/display.

One Netflow analyzer that is relatively easy to use (and free) is Paessler's PRTG. You can read more about it here:

mklemovitch  I downloaded the free Solar winds Netflow sw and exported my WAN Links Netflow data to it and does show the top talkers from it ..this was i expecting .
