SFP not connected from one side

Hi

I have a strange problem , i have connection between 2 switches 9200L and 3750X with SFP GLC-LH-SMD

and on the 9200L side shows Connected and on the other side (3750x) shows Not connected

how is these connected direct patch cable ? or you have a provider involved to connect?

 

GLC-LH-SMD  (what kind of patch cable or cable you using to connect both ?)

 

post below output  both the side

 

show run interface gi x/x

show interface gi x/x 

 

suggest try no negotiation should work

 - Make the connection again, and then check the logs on both platforms ,see if you can find anything useful

 no negotiation on both switches worked for me thank you very much

Connected on one side but "not connected" on the other?  

I have seen this before.  
Test and make sure the entire length is not broken.  The description described is due to one of the fibre pair is broke.  

@Leo Laohoo  i agree here, since you getting circuit loop you also see one side UP/UP.
