We have a single 6509 and a pair of 6509's in a VSS config. We want to be able to monitor all the device modules using snmp. On the single 6509 we can grab the moduleModel (17) and moduleStatus (10) using OIDs .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.5.1.3.1.1.17 and 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.5.1.3.1.1.10 respectively. Using the same OIDs we get nothing for the VSS 6509s.I've even tried walking the entire .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.5.1.3.1.1.X range and still get nothing.
All 3x6509 are running 12.2(33)SXI2a and VS-S720-10G sup modules. On the VSS pair we can definitely get SNMP information as we are monitoring link bandwidth, cpu, mem etc. Is there some bug around this or because it's in a VSS pair do they use a different OID to get the module information?

VSS switch should be using the cefcModuleOperStatus object from the CISCO-ENTITY-FRU-CONTROL-MIB.
