The MIBs under considerations should be ‘MPLS-TE-STD-MIB’ and ‘MPLS-TE-MIB’.
MPLS TE doesn't have a strong implementation and hence you need to describe what output you're looking in terms of cli equivalent command.

If you are refferring to output of show mpls traffic-eng tunnels, than you can check :
mplsTunnelResourceMaxRate which shows the maximum rate in bits/second.
Also, you can check 'ifSpeed' gives the tunnel's bandwidth but not the configured value of the TE tunnel.
