Dear all,
I wanted to be informed when a port has been put in a err-disable state on my network management station.
I configured on my nodes the function snmp-server enable traps errdisable.
I imported the Cisco MIB CISCO-ERR-DISABLE-MIB.my on the NMS.
Now I'm getting the traps but somehow I cannot have in the trap the port/interface that is currently in err-disable state.
Here you can see a trap I received from the node :
Trap cErrDisableInterfaceEvent (.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.548.0.1.1) at 10. janvier 2012 13:04:03 CET from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Version: SNMPv3
Varbinds:
state=HAS_VALUE type=TimeTicks oid=.1.3.6.1.2.1.1.3.0 value=2070924876
state=HAS_VALUE type=OBJECT IDENTIFIER oid=.1.3.6.1.6.3.1.1.4.1.0 value=.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.548.0.1.1
state=HAS_VALUE type=INTEGER oid=.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.548.1.3.1.1.2.10010.0 value=2
I have the feeling an OID like 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.548.1.3.1 should be in the trap to tell me which port is concerned by this.
Do I need to configure something else on the switch?
Do I need to import another MIB ?
Thank you for your comments
Regards
