I have a customer who recently bought SNMS 1.5 and a new server. Originally they told me that the server was going to be used just for SNMS and Symantec Antivirus Enterprise Edition 9.0, which they also bought recently. It turns out that the customer went ahead and installed Exchange Server 2003 on that box and already migrated all of their users to it. I now know that Symantec does not recommend the installation of their product in a box with Exchange.
Could I (or should I) install and run SNMS 1.5 on the same server that is running Exchange 2003? Has anyone try this scenario (or a similar one) before?
Thanks and Regards

Not supported

Thanks for the response. Would you care to be more specific as to why it is not supported? Is there a Cisco document/bulletin that actually specifies this limitation?
I will need to go back to this customer and explain why we can't load SNMS on the new box they bought. It would be much better for me, if I can actually show them some documentation explaining the situation. It is most likely that they will need to buy a new server for SNMS and they will have to justify the purchase.
