Software Support Contract and Licensing

I've got the following licenses installed.

LMS4.0-750 devices.

If I now buy a software support contract for the above will that also entitle me to a free upgrade to LMS 4.1-750 or will I still need to buy a upgrade license.

A software support contract will entitle you to technical support via the TAC. Included in that support is the right upgrade between minor releases (e.g. 4.0 to 4.1 to 4.2 etc.). The upgrade process requires you contact the TAC to have a new license file issued for you. It is a permanent license for that version and will not have any additional cost.

yes, if you get a SAS (Software Application Support) contract for LMS4.0-750 you are entiteled to get the update to LMS 4.1-750 free of charge;
