Running LMS 3.2 and Campus Manager 5.2.0. In looking at campus manager showing 0 IP phones. Do I need to "start acquistion" to populate IP phones?

the Call Manager that manages the IP Phones must be successfully discovered in LMS (green icon on topology); a successfull DataCollection followed by an acquisition should finally give you the result you want.

for CallManager integration in LMS see here:

the problem is what the pop up window says:
you (your user) do not have the privilege to create the directory C:\Program Files(x86)\Java\jre6\lib\endoresed
If you are allowed to, change the permission for "C:\Program Files(x86)\Java\jre6\lib" so that your user has full permissions on this directory.
If this directory does not yet exists, change the permissions on the parent directory;
alternatively, get the Java plugin from the LMS server and install it manually AS ADMINISTRATOR on your client.
The plugin is located on the LMS Server in this directory:
NMSROOT\CSCOpx\htdocs\plugin
the file name is similar to this (depending on the version);
jre-6u22-windows-i586-p_withjacorb.exe
