SSH Console slowness in GNS3

Hello.

I'm having an issue with SSH console slowness once connected into a network device on GNS3. It generally slow on any router/switch regardless of the configuration to ssh/vty lines.

If using Telnet it's perfectly fine and very responsive but ssh is slow/jittery.

Did anyone come this across?

This is looking more of Resource issue or GNS3 installed version on VMWARE Workstation.

what device image is this ? this is more of GNS3 issue related, it is worth to investigate GNS3 forum.

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

Hi.

I'm using the below images:

i86bi-linux-l3-adventerprisek9-15.4.1T.bin

i86bi-linux-l3-adventerprisek9-ms.155-2.T.bin

But even the L2 images have the same issue.

Thanks.

is the cpu on the devices maxed out when you do a show proc cpu sorted ,fact you have multiple images would suggest resource general issue rather than SSH issue itself ,ssh requires alot more than telnet as its using crypto
