Switch reloading after starting CNA!

Hello,

We currently have the problem that a random Switch of a stack is rebooting, when starting the CNA.

Then the CNA closes with a pop-up error:

Version is 5.8

Has someone experienced similar issues?

The crash of the switches occur when the CNA is detecting the devices...

     Could you please provide us the device details of the Stack in which you are facing the issue. So that we will try to reproduce in local setup. Also please provide the log files for the same.

Hi Christophe,

I have little experience with the CNA , but what I can tell from your story is this.

1. The IOS you run on the switches has a problem. If CNA can make them fall over, anyone else, also can. So you may want to adjust the images on the switches to the latest in their IOS train.

2. Something is confusing CNA. One thing I have seen in the past is a site where all switches were called "Switch". Make sure all devices have a unique hostname configured that you see when you telnet/ssh to the device.
