Is there a way to generate an email on just the first alert?

Yes it is possible to generate email alert. But before implementing this I have a few questions ....

1) What operating system and service pack is CiscoWorks installed on?

2) What browser and version and service pack are you using?

3) Do you have the latest Incremental Device Updates (IDUs)?

1. RME 3.5 running on Solaris 2.9.

2. The latest version of IE for the browser.

3. Running IDU 11.

I'm able to generate an email automated action. The problem is this: I want to generate 1 email message not 10 or 50 or 500.....
