Syslog server with port security monitoring?

Hello everyone, 

I'm looking for a decent syslog server, possibly free, but I can evaluate any solution.

What I need in particular is something with a good emphasis on monitoring port security messages, with alerts, highlights, notifications of any kind (visual, sound..) when port security is triggered on any interface/port. I'm searching everywhere but I can't understand if any of the software I've been finding has something like this.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Cisco's point of you - ISE is a good solution for all.

if you looking to send Syslog to freeware - look syslog-ng set up all logs to send to Syslog, and make your own GUI script to make alerts or reports your looking.
