TCL Script not working after upgrade to sr4300-universalk9.16.09.06.SPA.bin

We have a ISR4331 that we use as a voice gateway. Currently it is on version isr4300-universalk9.03.16.04b.S.155-3.S4b-ext.SPA.bin and it works without any problems. After the upgrade it doesn't even initialize the call I ran a kron debug and found   Can someone decipher this

with isr4300-universalk9.16.09.06.SPA.bin:

Have you read the release notes before upgrading?  there are some bug in related to IVR and Voice

Try Uplift to another new version and see if that fixes. or raise a TAC Case if you have a support contract.
