Topologie Services issue

Hi all,

I cannot display topologies services (network map) from my client connected to the CiscoWorks server. It still possible from the server itself. When trying with the PC client, the following message appears : ANI-DBServer is not running, check CM server.

It appears with two PC client at the same time.

Make sure the client can resolve the fully qualified and short hostnames of the server. Also, make sure TCP ports 42342 and 43242 are open between client and server. It's definitely one of these two things that is not working.

Ok, thanks. We sort it out by registring the LMS server in the DNS.
