Topology services LMS 4.2.2 links showing as ethernet channels

Hello everyone, im trying to figure out the right way of configuring cdp on devices so that they dont show the links as etherchannels segments linked together, i have several port-channels in the network and the layer 2 view seems all messy.

I am seeing the same problem with LMS 4.2.2 on my customer.
