I got a Fileserver which is directly attached to a Nexus 5k.
Since there is a pretty high load on the server i want to know who is causing all this?
One possibilty would be the Ethanalyzer but since this is like a wireshark capture the information would be an overkill because i just want to know which clients are generating how much traffic.
Does someone maybe got any idea about any other possibilty?

I believe you can generate Netflow records from the 5k.
Do that and then export them to a Linux box running a free Netflow analyzer like ntop, or a Windows host with a trial version of one of the commercial Netflow analyzers.
You could also run something like tcplogview on the server:

To my knowledge Netflow on the 5k's hardware is not supported. I have been trying to configure netflow on a pair of 5596UP without luck. If you have any documentation supporting netflow on 5k's please let me know.
