Dear All ,
Iam working on Cisco LMS 3.2.1.Everything was working fine before but since last 2-3 days we are unable to view the list of added devices under device management tab.We are able to see the added groups only.Because of this issue we are unable to get the logs from the added devices.
Can anybody help in resolving this issue.....???

Hi,
you have not run the command correctly:
Registered in again with this command:
E:\lms\MDC\Apache\bin>pdreg -r Apache -e "E:\lms\MDC\Apache\bin\Apache.exe" -f "-d E:\lms\MDC\Apache -D SSL" -d TomcatMonitor
just copy paste the command....after browsing to E:\lms\MDC\Apache\bin on the command Prompt..
Thanks

Yes , we could succesfully execute the command shared. But now again we are again facing the previous problem.
http://hostname:1741/CSCOnm/servlet/login/login.jsp
Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Once we start the Daemon Manager , Ciscoworks tomcat servlet engine service is also starting. But while starting other related services like Ciscoworks RME NG database engine , Ciscoworks web server , CWAWF Engine database engine , cwcs cmf database engine , cwcs rsh/rcp service , cwcs syslog service , CWCS tftp service , DFM dfmepm database engine , DFM dfmfh database engine , DFM dfminv database engine then Ciscoworks tomcat servlet engine service is getting down.

Hi,
Share the output of >> services.msc window
share the last 1000 lines of the syslog.log
error.log (E:\lms\MDC\Apache\logs\)

Hi ,
Run the below steps: 1)stop daemon manager, ( net stop crmdmgtd ) 2) Go to E:\lms\MDC\Apache\conf\SSL and delete all the server.* files. 3) run E:\lms\bin >perl.exe E:\lms\MDC\Apache\configSSL.pl -disable 4) wait for 2 to 3 minutes then run E:\lms\bin >perl.exe E:\lms\MDC\Apache\configSSL.pl -enable
Fill all the required details.
Note: Make sure you enter the correct HOSTNAME not FQDN.
5)start daemon manager (net start crmdmgtd )
Thanks-
Afroz
