unknown devices is CW LMS 3.0

some device appears as "Unknown device" in DCR. When i look in Common services, i got a question mark icon next to the device.

Moreover, RME is not able to fetch the config. i cannot find the solution for this. thanks in advance.....

i deleted 10.99.1.11 and readded the same.Icserver log has been attached

This sysObjectID of this switch is 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.875 which is not supported in RME 4.1. You need to upgrade to LMS 3.0.1, and apply the device packages as I previously stated to get support for this device.

Any true 4506-E with this sysObjectID (1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.875) will not be supported until you upgrade to LMS 3.0.1, and apply all of the available RME 4.1.1 device packages.

Yes, these devices are supported as well in RME 4.1.1.
