Upgrade paths for Cisco Prime Infrastructure v3.7 to v3.10.4

Dear all,

Currently, we have one old production Cisco Prime Infrastructure (appliance hardware) running v3.7.0 (Build : 3.7.0.0.159) and would like to upgrade to latest v3.10.4 update 2 version.

Reason is due to recent Cisco Prime Infrastructure Vulnerabilities released and recommended to upgrade.

May i ask what is the upgrade paths from current v3.7.0 to v3.10.4 update 2 version and i understand it is not so straight forward.
