upgrade version with 3750 stack

Hello!

I have 4 switches of 3750. I need to
upgrade all the switches, but I can't to disconnect the stack cable.
How I can to upgrade the version without to disconnect the stack cable?

I'm not sure where you got the information that you need to unstack for the upgrade. You can upgrade the entire stack (all switches) at once. Here's a link on how to perform the upgrade. FYI- When you copy the images to the switches it can a long time. Don't get nervous, it will complete

If you have 4 switches in a stack and you have a TAR file, then the command is:

archive download-sw /dest 1 /dest 2 /dest 3 /dest 4 tftp:///IOS.TAR

Just give this process about 30 minutes.
