user login and enable password?

today i connected to a switch via console which already had a enable secret , i created a user priv 15 and applied login local on the "line con 0" , afterward when i tried to exit and log in again with the user name and pass the cli will put me directly in the enable mode without inserting the enable password? not sure what am missing here? why it isnt asking for a enable password?

HI there,

Privilege level 15 is the highest level. It will take you straight into Privileged EXEC mode.

By entering line con 0 and entering the privilege level 15 command, automatically provides full access to the device at all levels.

line con 0

no privilege level 15

This should fix your issue.
