Hello Community!
We are running LMS 2.6 with Campus Manager 4.0.13. User tracking is not running for a particular device (WS-C3560G-24TS-E). Our environment has other swithes of this model, for which user tracking has no problem. For the specific device I all other CW activities (archive mgmt, reporting, inventroy etc) are working fine.
Any ideas what could be wrong?

I also noticed that the specific device is not in Campus Manager --> Topology Services, although it is in RME and in the Discovered Devices!
Why is that?

Hi Katerina,
It looks Device is not in the Data Collection , go to Campus Manager > Admin > Data Collection > Device Management > Mode And Policy Settings and make sure that Enable Auto Mode is selected.
Also check that device should not be in Exclude Devices.
Run a new Data Collection from Campus Manager Homepage and when it finishes check if the device is showing in Data Collection.

I can't seem to find "Mode And Policy Settings" in Data Collection --> Device Management. What I did to overcome the problem (now it seems to be working fine), is to delete the device, readd it to Common Services, add it to the seed device (Campus Manager --> Administration --> Discovery Settings) and also run Device Discovery, Data Collection and User Tracking from Campus Manager home page. I really don't know if the above is the correct procedure, but at least now it returns hosts through user tracking.
The device still doesn't appear in the Campus Manager --> Topology Services, but at least I managed to solve one of the problems!!!!
