Everytime I'm trying to use the UserSearchBand of the UserTrackingUtility 1.1 i'm getting the folowing message:
'CiscoWorks server configured is either down or not reachable. Please check the CiscoWorks Server configuration parameter.'
The parameters configured in UTU are correct and the CW Server is reachable. Also the user and password is correct. What may this be?

I had the same experience.
Version 1.1 requires the CiscoWorksServer version (forgot the number) that comes with LMS 2.5. If you have LMS 2.2 or lower, use UserTrackingUtility 1.0.

I'm using LMS 2.5, that's the reason why I'm trying to use UTU1.1. It for use with CM4.0 which is included in LMS2.5 only.

Does no one else experience this 'feature'?
Reinstallation doesn't fix that issue.

Have u enabled https Access to your Cisco Works Server?
I've the same problem.
With http Access UTU worked. After enabling https Mode for the CW Server it displayed this message.
