Hi All!

I Have 2 controller (5520) with versie 8.5.151.0 and 8.10.141.0 and both are giving these weird caracters when prompting the login screens.
Also when i'm clicking around in the menus at random sometimes it won't load the page correctly or half like the picture example...

Who has the sollution!

Thanks for you're reaction! is there some particuliar reason why it doens't work any more with Chrome or Edge ? (i know its the same engine)

From our experience this is almost always caused by https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvf74866

But that should be fixed by 8.10.141.0 (works for us anyway) but we do mostly use Firefox anyway - I haven't tried Chrome recently.

Can you confirm that you have https redirect enabled and you are using https for your GUI access?

If so then using a different browser will only be a temporary workaround on 8.5.151.0.  As WLC load increases the problem will return no matter what browser you use.  The only workaround then is to use http for GUI instead of https (and keeping in mind large number of clients will be affected by this too).  Upgrade to 8.10 is the only way to fix the root cause.
