Hello,
I'm trying do permit users, which are authenticated via ACS 5.x, detailed CLI access. But where can I find, which CLI command requires which priviledge level?

By default there are only user and privilege exec mode privilege levels in IOS. (1 and 15)
Any intermediate levels (2-14) are yours to create and assign commands to. More information can be found here:
