Hi,
I was wondering which MIB I have to use to reload my 831 router after I modified the startup-config ? I found something at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk648/tk362/technologies_q_and_a_item09186a00800c263d.shtml#qa4
but, the used MIB is not present on the 831 router. Apparently, there should be another possibility, i.e another MIB to do it, as I could configure the snmp-server for system-shutdown.
Thanks
Chris

There isn't any other MIB for this

Short, but precise answer :) . So I have to look for another way to do what I want. Instead of reloading, I could directly write to memory (to nvram), which will make a copy of running-config into startup-config.
What are the different solutions, i.e MIBS I can use to do so ? For the moment, the only MIB I found is the OLD-CISCO-SYS-MIB, which has the writeMem Object.
Is there any newer MIB than can do the same thing ?
Thanks
Chris
