I suspect TP-Link brand Archer T6E?  That means 2x2:2.

Autonomous AP config shows the AP is operating 20 Mhz channel-width.  Theoretical rate should be around 144 Mbps.

What happens if 2.4 Ghz is disabled?  Does this make things better?

before I look at the full configuration and understand, is this only WIFI having an issue.

how about a wired connection you able to reach respected throughput?

here is AP test :

with my wired network I reach 380 Mb, it's just my wifi that's causing the problem.

Thanks

what is the end device - what kind of NIC, what frequency it is connected 2.4 or 5GH ?

My computer it's  connected the  WIFI 2.4 with the TP-Link AC1300 Mini adaptateur WiFi USB 3.0, 2,4 G/5 G double bande,

What is the exact model of the wireless NIC doing this "test"?

42 Mbps sounds like a NIC that can only support MCS4 and 1SS (5 Ghz).
