Wireless 2504 controller issue request time out and disconnection

I have a WLC 2504 but I'm getting error of request time out and disconnection of users on wireless on both mobile and laptop but on my core switch i have blocked udp ports 5000,1900,138,137,136,135

Anyone please help and tell me if this issue is occurring due to blocking of these ports.

deny udp any any eq 135

deny udp any any eq 136
deny udp any any eq 1900
deny udp any any eq 5000
deny udp any any eq NetBIOS-ns
deny udp any any eq netbios-dgm
deny udp any any eq NetBIOS's-ss

 - SInce you seem to block some basic ms-services , I would advise to not do that for a while and see if users become happy, then you also know the cause.

no. there is nothing to do with these ports. better check coverage and density per APs.

I have opened the port and also check the coverage and density of Aps all things are fine but still reciving request timeouts and dis connectivity issue. I need help as this problem getting very serious cuz users cant use wireles seven for 5 minutes.

 

 - Have a sanity check of the controller configuration with : https://cway.cisco.com/tools/WirelessAnalyzer/ , you can also do client debugging and have that analyzed with : https://cway.cisco.com/tools/WirelessDebugAnalyzer/
