Has anyone used the above templates on a Solaris box when running CiscoWorks LMS 2.5?

Would be interested in finding out how it was done, and in particular which scripts were OK to run.

Failing that, is there a resource someplace that lists all of the directories/files/permissions that were set or changed during CiscoWorks install?

There is one stop page for list of all directories changed by Ciscoworks. But you can refer to the Installation Error Messages to get an idea on this.
