Access to management network via remote vpn access

Hi everybody.  I have issue whis asa firewall.

I configurate Asa management interface with access throuth it for management my Asa firewall.

But when I have problem to my management netwrok when I connect to Asa via remote vpn connection.

Because Asa has Management interface connect directly to manage ip subnet he cannot pass via inside interface the management  subnet to route. Inly when I down management interface I can access to my inside device in management network via remote vpn.

How can I resolve this iissue? I need not shutdown management interface and have to acces to my inside device via  management  ip subnet because throuth this ip subnet i can manage my devicees.

Please configure this.

this feature can access to access another that i only configure throuth managment interface ?

because for vpn Managment ip address has show connect but asa cannot pass trafic throuth this interface  to administrate another device which beside in that subnet too
