Just purchased an ASA 5506-x with TAMC firepower license. The license came preinstalled and configured by the vendor. The problem I am having is that when I try configuring an access control policy with instrusion and AMP it complains that I don't have and need a protection and AMP license even though the licensing page shows that I have the licenses in use(see attached images). If anyone has any helpful ideas as to why this is happening would greatly appreciate it.

This may be an issue with the appliance. I'm exchanging it for a new one

You have the licenses as you showed them earlier in your photos. try to reboot the sfr appliance. the command is
from the cli. applying those command will not reboot your ASA. you traffic will be working.

Hi and thank you for our response. I tried this method and it didn't work. I have even tried downgrading and upgrading and still the issue resided. I just exchanged this asa5506x box for a new one and the same thing is happening. It's just so weird. The license page shows that the license is valid and in use. Any other thoughts would be helpful
