Hi guys,
This might sound like a silly question but I have my reasons. :c)
Is there any unique identifier that can be polled through SNMP to identify one firewall to the next (both physical and virtual context) other than MAC address? Hostname springs to mind obviously unless someone has given two firewalls the same hostname within their estate.
Thanks to anyone that takes the time to read this post.
