Cannot Login to Firepower 2100 Series Device

Hi,
I have been working in the Lab on an HA pair of 2120 Firepower devices.
After Lab testing I have re-imaged both devices with the base install software package. Both boot successfully and I am presented with "firepower login:" prompt.
I can Login in to one of the devices using admin/Admin123 credentials. However I am unable to Login to the other device, as soon as I enter the admin username I am told that the Login is incorrect and immediately presented with the "firepower login:" prompt again with no option to enter the password.
Any suggestions would be appreciated to recover from this problem.

Can you try and restart the device?
I have noticed that there might be a bug that clears on a restart.
Could be this bug, but can't access the bug information at the moment:

I did try powering off/on but unfortunately this did not resolve the issue.
Same problem Login fails as soon as I enter the administration username.

I had the same problem. The resolution was to Perform a Factory Reset from ROMMON. The guide as follows:
