Yes, there is a device which you are looking for. Its PIX Device Manager(PDM) . It consists of the monitoring tool called "Interface graphs". This provides real-time monitoring of your bandwidth usage for each interface. This will monitor the bandwidth utilization of the VPN connection from one site to another. To know more about this, please refer to :
Cisco PIX. Device Manager

Can I do this on a 2600 router also? I would really like the monitor overall bandwidth use. Is there a way I can do that by logging?

You Can do this using MRTG if you want the total bandwidth and not just the tunnel.

I use this for my WAN and it has workes fine. I Also use RRDTools for the Database format.

I use Routers.cgi from Steve Shipway.

Documentation is available for various other tasks also.

it only gives you active tunnels not the bandwidth utilize by the VPN ( site-site) or site-client.
Is there a way to find that. Also whats the difference between IKE and IPSec tunnels ??
